The CAREER TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM manages six State Associations of Career Technical Student Organizations in New Mexico under the direction and administration of the Region IX Education Cooperative. Region IX Education Cooperative is a state agency administratively attached to the Public Education Department. |

April Romero from Highland High School received the NM Association of Mortgage Professionals Scholarship for $500.
Brian Gurule received the Outstanding Service Award at the national level. He was nominated by a National Board of Trustees member and two of the National Staff member. This is a great honor and well deserved by Mr. Gurule.
